Events Terms & Conditions
1. DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, “Exhibition” refers to any event organised by the Organiser. The term “Organiser” refers to Obizmax or its lawful assignees.
2. DISPLAY STATEMENT
Only legal and licensed materials or items can be displayed by the exhibitors. The Organiser reserves the right to regulate the acceptability and the extent of presentation or display and remove any item or disallow any person, which in the opinion of the Organiser, is deemed unfit, inappropriate, illegal, or unlicensed in the exhibition.
3. BOOTH ALLOCATION / RE-ALLOCATION
The Organiser reserves the right to make allocation or re-allocation to accommodate blocked bookings or for administrative purposes.
4. CLEANING
During the exhibition, only public areas and walkways are under the cleaning circumstances of the Organiser. Exhibitors must ensure the cleanliness of their booths. Cleaning services will be provided to those who require and arrangements can be made directly with the Facility Landlord.
5. SECURITY
a. General Security will be provided by the Organiser on a 24-hours
b. Exhibitors cannot leave the exhibition hall with any item except validated empty boxes and containers.
c. It is compulsory for exhibitors, their staff and helpers to wear identity tags or exhibitor uniforms.
d. There will be no security control of items going in or out of the exhibition site during the official exhibition opening hours.
e. The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits or belongings suffered by the exhibitors before, during or after the exhibition.
6. IMMIGRATIONS POLICY
Under the laws of Singapore, all foreign workers must have a valid visa and working permit to prove their working legality as being employed by exhibitors. Exhibitors shall assume full responsibility for any violation of the above terms.
7. COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permit to use live or recorded music, photographs or other copyrighted materials. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any complaints or legal action brought by the relevant authority against an exhibitor who fails to comply with this term.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
Any unsportsmanlike, unethical, illegal or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. The offender will be immediately expelled from the exhibition when such conduct is discovered. Security has the authority to expel any person who behaves in an unprofessional manner.
9. LETTING / SUB-LETTING
a. Letting or sub-letting is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors in breach of this term will be subject to termination of their

10. RIGHT TO CANCEL, POSTPONE OR SHORTEN
a. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone or shorten the exhibition if, in the opinion of the Organiser, the total number of booths sold does not justify continuing with the event.
b. It also reserves the right to cancel the exhibition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Under such circumstances, all payments made to the Organiser shall be refunded. No other claims or compensation will be entertained.
11. “SPECIAL DESIGN” BOOTHS
Exhibitors with “special design” booths require complying to the following conditions:

12. DISMANTLING / MOVE OUT REGULATIONS
a. Exhibitors shall repair, make good or replace the damaged property to the satisfaction of the Facility Landlord and the

13. OFFICIAL MAIN CONTRACTOR
a. The Organiser reserves the right to designate an official Main Contractor for the construction and various development of structures, signage and any other prerequisites to the

14. INTERPRETATION
a. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes, amendments or additions to the terms and conditions, rules and regulations and the layout facility governing the exhibition.

15. DISPUTE AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute, difference or disagreement that may arise at any time hereafter between the Organiser and exhibitors regarding areas of the contract of participation, or the rights or liabilities of the parties concerned, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator to be agreed upon by the respective parties under the laws of Singapore. Failure to comply with any of the above clauses, as well as the Facility Landlord’s conditions and/or other governing Rules and Regulations imposed by the authorities from time to time, may result in the exhibitors concerned being expelled from the exhibition and any rental paid shall not be refunded. The Organiser reserves the right to claim compensation/reimbursement arising.
