All prices listed on our website are in SGD (Singapore Dollars) and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). We reserve the right to change our prices and payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy:

At BabynChild.sg, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide us with photos of the defective or damaged item.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we will do our best to accommodate your request. In this case, you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) for a refund (excluding shipping fees) in accordance with our refund policy.
